Are you creative? Fancy a challenge? Did the Great British Sewing Bee inspire you to dust off the sewing machine? If so, then why not enter the Royal Hospital School competition to create a clasp top bag, as used in the final of the Great British Sewing Bee!
There are two types of clasp to choose from and the judging will be performed in four categories: Unusual Materials, Inspired by Nature, A Nod to Craft and Freedom. All entries must be in by Monday 14 October to go on display in the Royal Hospital School Art Department atrium. The results will be announced at The Bag Show on Friday 18 October during a viewing with drinks and nibbles from 6-8pm.
To enter please contact Deb Hitchen on firstname.lastname@example.org. Entry into the competition will cost £4 for the clasp and should be paid by cheque (payable to The Royal Hospital School) or cash.
