U13A

The girls started very well and scored a goal within the first 5 minutes. Culford fought back and the first half was fairly evenly matched

RHS stayed focused and scored 2 more goals in the second half with fluid play throughout, leaving the final score at 3—0. Libby Parker was making some good tackles and working well with Annie Tavainevasi in defence. George Nicholls made some excellent saves in goal, including a spectacular dive. Millie Salter scored a text book goal from a short corner.

Player of the match was Libby Parker. Goals were scored by Tilly Arulampalam, Tori Williams and Millie Salter.

U13B

The U13Bs took yet another step of improvement in their hockey on Wednesday. However, some naive play and, at times, lack of thought left the girls coming away with a 3-2 defeat. A strong midfield performance from Emily Fretwell was the highlight for RHS.

U12A

This was a very even match with play flowing from end to end. RHS were solid in defence with Ruby Parker and Charlotte Stenning clearing the ball skilfully. Unfortunately Culford were the team to score after many chances on both sides.

Final score 1—0 Culford. Player of the match was Ruby Parker.

U12B

This proved to be a great game for the B team; they started off very positively and focused and showed real determination in their attacking skills, trying hard to implement skills learnt in practice.

Rebecca Sweeney dominated the middle area as did Isabelle Butler in defence however; Eliza Tribe was the star of the show scoring a hat-trick. She was player of the match for her attacking drive and determination to score. Rosie Butler also had a good game in goal keeping the Culford team out of winning contention

Final Score 4-2
