The Junior Girls’ Cross Country Relay Team won a bronze medal at the prestigious Wellington Relays on Saturday 9 February.

Running on a wet and muddy 1.4 mile loop relay course, the girls not only overcame tough opposition in their own age group, but also outpaced many of the Intermediate and Senior Girls’ teams from a host of top schools from the south of England.

Master i/c of Cross Country, Martin Warren, said “The girls are delighted and they have a bright future ahead of them as a team”.
